I bet y’all are wondering where this weeks Sassy Wednesdays was..but I was busy at Market for Sassy Boutique on  Monday and Tuesday so we decided to skip this week!! It was a blast though. I loved getting to see all the Miami Swim and Cabana show rooms. Such a fun show and different atmosphere from when I went to Coterie in New York this spring. Must say I’m not a Miami gal but I definitely embraced it!

saying bye to my Mama

I can’t even begin to describe all the fun experiences NYC gave to me, especially being my first visit as a fashion blogger. As you can probably tell by the many posts I made this past weekend, I had a hard time not taking pictures of just about everything the city had to offer. Going to ENK International Coterie, shopping at Henri Bendel, and pretending to be Eloise at the Plaza were the highlights of my trip. Coterie was unbelievable! I learned about all of the trends and designer’s lines for Fall 2014. Lumber jack plaid, snakeskin, and hints of leather will continue to line the racks while colors like navy, wine, olive, and plum will be the stars of the color wheel. My favorite vendors, not surprisingly, included names like Trina Turk, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch along with Minnie Rose, Dee Keller, and Mara Hoffman. Not to mention, I got to meet Brighton Keller of “Brighton the Day” blog. The trip seemed to fly by and I wouldn’t say no to another go around but I think it’s safe to say I’m where I should be in the south- the craziness of city life just isn’t for me!

Stay up to date with  Sassy Boutique and Punch Boutique!
