Here’s your Sassy Boutique history:

Sassy Boutique started in 1993 in Vero Beach, FL. Opened up by a unique daughter-in-law/ mother-in-law team, Deana Marchant and Susan Ritter who wanted to cater to woman of all ages. They had a vision to bring exciting, fun and affordable resort clothing to our local town. They are continuously bringing in fresh new designers and have exclusivity on numerous lines, including Tory Burch, Milly, Tibi, Trina Turk, Nanette Lepore, Mara Hoffman, and many others.

So this weeks pick, is an ever so comfy pair of Trina Turk pants paired with a matching Trina Turk top! This outfit combo is great to wear year round, especially the pants. They also would be great during colder weather. Accessoriezed with Tory Burch wedges, Ray- Ban aviators, May Y Sol, Kenneth Jay Lane and Frolic! Did I mention you can get this look for 25% off? Here’s Friday nights outfit..a few days late! We went to the Tiki Bar for drinks and sat outside of an Italian restaurant for dinner. I had Eggplant Rollatini and it was so yummy.  Crazy to think that I’m on summer and I should be relaxing yet I’m running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I have been nannying for 3 weeks so trying to sneak in pictures has been very difficult but I’ll be done tomorrow so the fun is coming!

Tee Time with Paul Bohn

Last night, I got to take part in Alabama’s Annual Tee Time, that is put on by an on campus organization called Fashion, Inc. I was lucky enough to model a custom piece made just for me by Paul Bohn, who is a Junior Fashion Design student in the apparel and textiles program at the University of Alabama.

I was so excited when I had this opportunity and I knew right away I wanted to post the details. Paul hand-picked the fabrics from Hancock Fabrics and took about 2 days to cut, sew and perfect everything. I paired it with my black Valentino rockstud sandals and Mac’s Candy Yum Yum lipstick which looked amazing with the hot pink accent zipper! I’m still in awe at how amazing this outfit is and the fact that he did it all himself. Paul did an absolutely amazing job and I am proud of him and what’s to come in his future!

Let’s give Paul a round of applause via internet!

So obviously, I am ready for summer…

These jeans are one of my favorite purchases from last years Lilly Pulitzer Summer Collection!  They are so much fun and make me so happy whenever I wear them (yes, a pair of pants can make me that happy). I am even thinking about wearing them for Easter, but I think I’ll probably change my mind and wear a dress. Neons are always in for summertime so start looking for your favorite neon look! Whether it’s a pair of jeans, a bikini, or nail polish you should be rocking neon this summer.

Have you read my interview with Blogspotter yet? If not, click here

Here’s a quick description of what they wrote about me:

“Part southern sass and part beachy breeziness, Shotguns and Seashells is a record of the varying style of Chandler MacWilliam. At home in her Florida beach town, she throws on sundresses in bright, cheerful colors. Going to school in Alabama has introduced her to more layered looks. aztec + cut outs

Susana Monaco (top) is one of my hands down favorite designers, EVER. Her pieces are classic and look great on everyone..I have about 5 white tops by her that I pair with everything. Lately, I’ve had a thing for pants though..especially flowy ones. The good thing about flowy pants is that you don’t have to jump around trying to fit into them like you would a tight pair. I also love patterns and I think this aztec print is awesome and is a very versatile print to wear year round wear!
